These terms and conditions govern the use of the StrikeDummy online store available at www.strikedummy.com. The store is operated by Dawid Antosz.

These terms and conditions govern the use of the StrikeDummy online store available at www.strikedummy.com. The store is operated by Dawid Antosz.

The terms used in these terms and conditions have the following meanings:

  • Terms and Conditions – this document setting out the rules under which the store operates.
  • Customer – a natural person or legal entity making a purchase from the store.
  • Consumer – a customer who is a natural person making a purchase that is not connected with their business activity.
  • Product – a movable item available from the store and offered for sale.
  • Sales Agreement – an agreement concluded between the store and the customer through the website.
  • Order – the customer's declaration of intent aimed at concluding a sales agreement for a specified product.

The store allows customers to browse products and place orders without creating an account. Every customer is required to read these terms and conditions before making a purchase.

2. Orders

Information about products available from the StrikeDummy store constitutes an invitation to conclude an agreement within the meaning of Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code. Placing an order constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the selected products and an obligation to pay.

Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the form available on the website. The ordering process includes selecting a product, delivery method and payment method, and providing contact and address details. Before completing an order, the customer confirms that they have read the terms and conditions and consents to the processing of personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

After placing an order, the customer receives confirmation at the email address provided. The sales agreement is concluded when the customer receives confirmation that the store has accepted the order.

Each order is processed separately. Multiple orders cannot be combined into a single shipment. If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed within 7 days of placing the order and may choose partial fulfilment or cancellation of the order.

A customer purchasing as a business is required to provide invoice details, including a tax identification number. If such details are not provided, the purchase is treated as a consumer purchase.

2. Technical requirements for placing orders

The following technical requirements must be met in order to use the store:

  • a stable internet connection,
  • an up-to-date and correctly configured web browser,
  • an active and correctly configured email account,
  • cookies and JavaScript enabled,
  • software capable of opening PDF files.

The store is not responsible for problems resulting from the use of equipment or software that does not meet the requirements listed above and that may affect the quality or correctness of the ordering process.

3. Payment

The currently available payment method is a traditional bank transfer. Bank transfer details are provided after the order is placed.

4. Delivery

Orders are delivered by selected courier companies or InPost. Delivery usually takes between 2 and 5 business days.

5. Returns and complaints

The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. Complaints and returns should be reported by email to strikedummyshop@gmail.com.

Product complaints

If a product is defective, does not conform to the order or another problem occurs, please submit a complaint containing:

  • the order number,
  • the purchaser's name and contact details,
  • the date on which the order was received,
  • the name and quantity of the product concerned,
  • a description of the defect or problem; photographs may be attached,
  • the device serial number, where applicable.

Product returns

To exercise the right to withdraw from the agreement, send a withdrawal statement to the email address given above. Once receipt of the statement has been confirmed, return the product to the address provided. The customer bears the cost of returning the product.

Delivery problems

If there is a delivery problem, such as a package that has not arrived, a damaged shipment or an uncollected package, please email us and include:

  • the order or invoice number,
  • a description of the problem,
  • the name and quantity of the goods, if the shipment is incorrect.

External damage should be reported to the carrier when the package is received, or delivery should be refused with the reason stated. Uncollected shipments are returned to the store's warehouse at the customer's expense.

6. Personal data protection

The personal data of StrikeDummy store customers is processed in accordance with applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

Data is collected only by lawful means through the order form, email correspondence and cookies. It is used to fulfil orders and communicate with customers.

Data is not sold or disclosed to third parties. Customers may request access to, correction or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting strikedummyshop@gmail.com.

7. Final provisions

The store reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Amendments take effect on the date specified by the store when they are published on the website.

Orders placed before an amendment takes effect are processed under the terms and conditions in force on the date the order was placed.

Relations between the customer and the store are governed by Polish law. Any dispute will be heard by the court having jurisdiction over the customer's place of residence or the store's registered office, in accordance with applicable law.
